PATRICIA ROSEMARY BARAN (nee MILLER) Predeceased by her husband, Theodore Baran, Patricia Baran, aged 94, surrounded by her family passed away peacefully at Seven Oaks Hospital on April 29, 2014. She is survived by her sister Audrey; sons Terry, Ted (Judy), daughter Pam (Blaine), son; Jeff (Diane); grandchildren, Shea, Wayne, April (James), Jessica, Amber (Jeff); great-grandchildren, Mallory and Ariel; and her beloved cat Frankie. Pat was a devoted Roman Catholic, and enjoyed watching sports. She was known for her love of music and dancing. Pat loved her social get-togethers with family and friends. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, May 8, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Alphonsus Church, 315 Munroe Avenue. Interment will follow at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens 4477 Main Street. Reception will follow the interment in Glen Eden Reception Centre. The family wishes to extend gratitude to the staff of Holy Family Nursing Home and Seven Oaks Hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to CNIB and Winnipeg Humane Society. Glen Eden Funeral Home and Cemetery 338-7111

We send our condolence and deepest sympathy. She was a special lady, with an amazing common sense and a great sense of humor. We will always remember the sound of her laughter! We thoroughly enjoyed her company, every time we met her and the many times we gabbed on the phone. She will be sadly missed. The world is a much emptier place now.
