To Valerie, and all of Frances siblings and nieces and nephews. It is with deep regret that we hear of Frances' passing. She was a neighbour who new my parents, sister and ex brother-in-law, my husband, daughter and myself. When my sister got her little dog, Frances was the one who went to take Blake out at noon, kept him while they went on holidays. She was the most giving person who expected nothing in return, truly unconditional love. She will be a great loss to her family and friends. Claude and I will be unable to attend as we will be babysitting our 1 yr. old granddaughter on that day. Our prayers and thoughts will be with you. May your memories of Frances be with you forever. - Posted by: Irene and Claude Martin (A long-time neighbour and friend.) on: May 06, 2014
