Bill will be lovingly remembered by his sister Margaret (Alex) and nephews Greg, David and Wayne Gulyas. Cremation has taken place. In honour of his wishes a private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice. This is a sad day, as I did not get the chance to say goodbye. Although in my 51 years as your son, we only really met a few times, I do feel that a piece of me is now gone. When I showed up at your door at 22 and spent the afternoon with you, I had hoped that you would have wanted to stay connected, and again when I got married, then had my first daughter, really wished you would have wanted a relationship. I am sure you must of had a good reason not to reach back out to me and my new family that I offered to make you part of. Still, if I look at myself, now 51, with 2 beautiful daughters, I could not imagine not knowing them or being part of their lives. I have faint memories of coming to your house when I was little, good memories, warm memories. When those visits ended, and as I grew up, I always thought of you and wondered what you were doing, especially when I heard your name when you were doing the snowmobile racing. It was also a special memory when I showed up at your door and you recognized me... that was a special moment. Thank you for that. Now all I have is this picture of you to pass on to my daughters.
