Condolences & Memories (3 entries)

  • I am so sorry Phil to learn of the passing of your beautiful wife Elizabeth. My Mom Vi used to bring me to your house on Home Street every morning before school and she would make me toast. I remember sitting at the table watching everyone getting ready for their day and I would love to look into the sitting room with the spinning wheel in it! Susan and I would always walk to school together and we were great friends, I would have been around 7 or 8 at the time. I spoke to Elizabeth a few years ago when she heard of my Dad Trevor's passing. Although it's been many years and you may not remember me, I wanted you and your family to know that I have fond memories of your home and the love and warmth I felt every time I walked through your door. God Bless, Caron - Posted by: Caron Hayes (nee Game) (Friend through my parents Viollette & Trevor Game) on: Jun 04, 2014

  • Uncle Phil and family, my deep and sincere sympathy in your loss, Aunt Elizabeth (Budd) was a very special person to me and I will always cherish the time we spent together, our long visits by phone and especially our summer visits in Nova Scotia. You are in my heart, God's Blessings to all, Love Val xoxo - Posted by: Valerie Rhude, Sydney, Nova Scotia (Neice) on: May 28, 2014
