Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDORIS BAYLEY Doris Bayley, 90, of Winnipeg passed away in Grace General Hospital on April 23, 2014. She is survived by her son Raymond Bayley, sisters Lilian Bestick, Dorothy Rondeau, grandchildren Sondra and Alex Bayley, daughter-in-law Darlene Bayley. Doris was born in Winnipeg on July 13, 1923. She worked for Coca-Cola in Winnipeg before marrying Barry Bayley after he returned from being stationed overseas in the Second World War. They were married for 66 years until Barry's passing in June 2012. Doris could be described as a "homebody" with her family coming first. She was very close to her mother Alice Finch and was always speaking lovingly of her two grandchildren Sondra and Alex. Doris was an avid gardener, always seeming to grow more vegetables than she needed. Neighbours benefited from her gardens harvest. She also had a great love for cats. There were always one or two in the house until her passing. She was a fiercely independent woman always wanting to do things her way before asking for help. Doris is a person who shall live on forever in our hearts. At Doris and Barry's request no service will be held. Chapel Lawn www.chapellawn.ca 885-9715
