  • I am so sorry to read of the loss of Joanne. We met and worked together years ago at Coles Bookstore in St. Vital Centre (age 19?). We laughed so much and she was always a joy to hang out with. We spent several years back and forth in touch, and every time we found time to go for a coffee or a bite to eat, she was always so welcoming as if we had seen each other the day before. I think of her from time and time and wondered how her life worked out. I'm very saddened by this news (coming up two years) and I just wanted to send my condolences to her family.
