Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryTRACIE DAWN GRAHAM June 1, 1970 - June 20, 2014 After a courageous and inspiring five year battle with cancer, it is with deep sadness and regret that we announce the passing of Tracie on Friday, June 20, 2014, at her home in Winnipeg, at the age of 44 years. Tracie will be forever remembered by her loving husband Todd Furutani; sons Tyson and Ryan; sister Brandi (Cody, Madyson); father Robert "Bob" Graham / Debbie (Justin); grandmother Phyllis Graham; sister Christine; uncle Jeff, and so many more loving relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her mother Susan; uncle Rob, and grandparents Murray Graham, Dwayne and June Allan. A Celebration of Tracie's Life will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. in the Chapel of Memories in Wojcik's Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main Street at Manitoba Avenue. A special thanks to all the staff at CancerCare Manitoba and all the medical community involved in Tracie's care, comfort and emotional support throughout this difficult time. Our family and friends warmed our hearts, provided us with the strength and courage to carry on and lightened our darkest days. Your love and support was overwhelming and without you we could not have come this far. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to CancerCare or your favourite charity in Tracie's honour.
