Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGUADALOPE SANCHEZ ALMADIN May 31, 1919 - June 21, 2014 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Guadalope Sanchez Vda. de Almadin on Saturday, June 21, 2014 peacefully in her home amongst her loving family in Winnipeg. She recently celebrated her birthday on May 31, showing her strength and perseverance to make it to 95 years old. Guadalope was born in Sta. Lucia, Ilocos Sur, Philippines and immigrated to Canada in the frigid Winnipeg winter in December 1977. She was predeceased by her husband Mateo, her sons Casimiro, Jacinto and Adore and two brothers Pedring and Pabling. Guadalope is survived by Virginia (late Francisco), Pilar (Ben), Benjamin (Emilia), Precy (Honor), Ruben (Mhely), Martina (Danny), 34 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren. Lamay will be held on Saturday, July 5, 2014 at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St., West St. Paul, MB from 6:00 p.m. to midnight. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. with Father Sarce.
