So sad to hear of Bob's passing. We too, had not seen Bob in a long time, but always had intended on getting together and catching up, something now that we regret we hadn't. We had so many fun times together with Bob & Georgie ... there were hunting trips, fishing trips and camping ... lots of stories told and many, many laughs. He was an absolute great guy and wonderful friend. We will miss you, Bob. Our condolences to the family. - Posted by: Gail (Thompson) and Roy Dayton (long time friends) on: Jul 11, 2014

Bob and I go back a long time, back to the Headingley days, where we became friends the instant we met. We remained friends right up until now, although I had not seen Bob for quite some time before his passing, a fact which I deeply regret. Bob was, to say the least, a very unique individual who always marched to the beat of his own drum. He was passionate about his friends and his tradesmanship as a flooring installer, and showed both on numerous occasions as he helped me out with work when I was down and out. There is going to be an empty space in my life now, and whenever I hoist a tankard of ale, friend, I will think of you. Goodbye Bob. - Posted by: Tom Paterson (old friend) on: Jul 09, 2014

My sincere condolences to all members of the Clark Family on the passing of their son, father, uncle, brother and my old Buddy. Even though it has been 30 plus years since I left the Headingley area I will always cherish the memories I have of my days hanging out with Bobby. He was a dear friend who would give you the shirt off his back, literally. Bobby was always quick with a smile and a helping hand. Often ignoring his own chores to help me with my chores on the farm. My father often told me that he was very fond of Bobby as he wasn't one afraid of hard work. So even though my memories of Bobby go back to days when we were pretty young, it is a reminder that we must make the time to say and do the important things in life and that is to let the people we love know that we love them. I didn't have the opportunity to tell Bobby that I loved him so I will end this with saying he was my best friend and I Loved Him. Rest in peace Bobby. - Posted by: Ken Neufeld (Old Friend) on: Jul 08, 2014
