Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEDMUND BONAS Peacefully, on July 16, 2014 at River Park Gardens, Edmund was called home at age 97 years. Dad was born in Poland on Tuesday, February 27, 1917. He leaves to mourn his beloved wife of 60 years, Frieda, his children; Jurgen, Susane (Grant), Dieter (Patti), Veronica (Ben), Rosalinde (James), Ingrid, Elizabeth (Dennis), grandchildren; Matthew, Andrea, Alexandra, Meagan, Ryan, Nicholas, Cody, Ashleigh, Tamara, Amanda, Jersey, Brooklyn, and numerous relatives and friends. A celebration of Edmund's life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 21, 2014 at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 65 Walnut St. with Pastor Bjoern Meinhardt officiating. Prayers and viewing will commence an hour before the service at 1:00 p.m. A luncheon will follow the Celebration of Life, then the interment at Brookside Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Messrs. Jurgen Bonas, Grant Linney, Dieter Bonas, Ben Picard, Dennis Clinton and Ryan Picard. In lieu of flowers, donations in Edmund's memory may be made to St. Peter's Lutheran Church Memorial Fund.
