  • All of the employees at Westlake Audio were shocked and saddened to hear of Ken and Della's passing. We knew Ken as a friend and avid supporter of Westlake Audio products. He gave us great confidence about our work because he was so enthusiastic, and would spread the word about us wherever he went. We will miss our dear and loyal friend, and extend our sympathies to both families. - Posted by: Barbara Born (Office Manager at Westlake Audio) on: Jul 25, 2014

  • One of the things I remember about Ted was his hair! He never would go out unless his hair was perfect - this is back in '73-'77. A very long time ago we went fishing up Bear River - got his Dad's boat and he was late picking me up because.....he had to do his hair! Deepest sympathy to his mom and sisters my heart and prayers are with you! - Posted by: Nancy O'Toole (Hawranik) (old friend) on: Jul 23, 2014

  • One of the most harmless, selfless people I have ever met. I am so sad to hear about such a tragedy. My sincere condolences to Ken's entire family and friends. I am so sorry. Ken Tremblett - Posted by: Ken Tremblett (Friend) on: Jul 23, 2014

  • My memories of Ken were babysitting him when he was young boy. He moved away so lost touch over the years. He moved back to Pine Falls living at Manitou Lodge/Papertown. He always had a love for powerful speakers and music. We went to his place for him to demo The Eagles Live Concert on his amazing sound system. We ended up giving the same one to our son-in-law for Christmas. It was wonderful seeing him again. - Posted by: Jules & Joyce Pachkowsky (Uncle) on: Jul 22, 2014

  • I met Ken in 1990. He went to work as my sales rep in BC. We became great friends in addition to business associates. I met his future wife Julie after he brought her along on a golf trip as his caddie (what a beautiful caddie!). Ken, Julie, my wife and I became great friends over time spending many weekends in Whistler and at each other's home. He had an unequalled sense of humor. I always looked forward to our time together (and Julie's cooking). Ken's girlfriend must have been special. Ken had a way of finding only those special women. I hurt for both families but know The Lord will help you through this. Ken and I were to meet in South Dakota on August 3rd to ride our motorcycles for the first time together. I was so looking forward to seeing my friend that I didn't see often any more. I am still in a state of shock. Ken, I love you and will miss you terribly. - Posted by: Larry Fields (Dear friend, Best Man at his wedding to Julie ) on: Jul 22, 2014
