CATHERINE ENDACOTT (nee HUNTER) With sadness, the family announces the passing of Catherine at Health Sciences Centre after a lengthy illness on August 6, 2014 at the age of 77 years. Besides her husband of 51 years, Linus, she leaves to cherish her memory, daughters Donna, Sandra (Corey), and Colleen (Don), grandchildren Melissa, Jacob, Meagan and Tyson, sister Margaret, brother Angus (Gail) and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Catherine was predeceased by mother Catherine and father John Hunter, daughter Heather, brothers Gerald and Bruce. Throughout her life, there was never anything more important to Cathy than children. She delighted in her nieces and nephews, and adored being a mother, and grandmother. She will be lovingly remembered for her quick wit, clever all-knowing smirk, and unpredictable humour. Funeral Mass will be held at John XXIII Roman Catholic Church, 3990 Portage Avenue on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. with interment and reception to follow at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue. A warm thank you to the staff at Health Sciences Centre GA3 for all their care and support of Catherine and her family during this difficult time.
