Condolences & Memories (10 entries)

  • We are very thankful that we were able to visit Reg in June this year. He looked like a twin to my Dad and he spent lots of time with us when he was single and in the airforce. I will miss him a lot. - Posted by: MARGARET and RAY KARMAZENUK (COUSIN MARGARET LONEY) on: Sep 25, 2014

  • It is with heavy hearts we wish to express our sincere sympathy to Larry and family. Val and I both had the pleasure of working with and getting to know Reg. One Christmas Reg gave us one of his many wooden carvings. Each year since we would remember Reg as we hung it on our tree not realizing how valuable it would become one day. Reg was a great friend of the family and will be missed by all the Dewars' - Posted by: Alex Dewar (Friend & Co-worker) on: Aug 26, 2014

  • I had met Reg through his volunteer work with Safeway and the Shiners. He would often stop by and update us at the flower shopp at Grant Park Mall on his activities and how his grandson was doing in his pizza store. My deepest condolences to Reg's family. • Through my father I knew Reg and his family. My Dad and Reg both worked for Atlas Graham. They worked for many years together and saw many changes with the company. My father spoke fondly of his friendship with Reg and his wife Margaret. As a young girl I too was given the opportunity of working for Atlas and got to know Reg. He was a lovely man with compassion for his fellow man. I remember as a child going to the Shrine Circus with my family and Daddy always made it a point to seek Reg out to thank him and the Shriners for the wonderful and exciting show we were about to see. When my father passed away, Reg and Joe Graham were one of the first to extend their condolences and I will never forget their caring words. If Daddy were still here, I know that he would have sought out Reg's family to express his most heart felt condolences to Reg's family. With the most sincerest sympathy to Reg's family from the Dewars. - Posted by: Wendi Dewar (Daughter of the late Don Dewar, Reg's co-worker at Atlas Graham) on: Aug 24, 2014
