Uncle Larry used to always say better late than never, so my apologies for my tardiness gettin this written! Many years growing up next door to were filled with entertainment with your humour and your unmistakeable laugh. As a boy we would spend hours in the shop working on equipment in the evenings and on the weekends. I always looked forward to that time, because I would learn so much and we'd share many laughs. I do wish that I could have visited more while you were in the hospital. How I enjoyed the talks we had about the past and the future. Your adoration and pride of your family was obvious. It's still wonderful getting together with everyone at your house now, even though you're gone, because auntie Simone and the kids make everyone feel so welcome. I must say this though, there is a huge hole without you there! So long uncle.... With love! Dan - Posted by: Dan Grandmont (Nephew ) on: Oct 08, 2015

I had the privilege to know Larry when he worked for the Province of Manitoba and when he started his own business. Larry was not only a Top notch Operator he was A Top notch Person as well and always was willing to show you what makes for a good Operator on a Motor Grader and if you had seen any of Larry's work then you knew you were learning from the best. Larry may you rest in peace as you earned it - Posted by: Brian Graham (co-worker and friend) on: Aug 22, 2014
