Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM SORENSEN William passed away peacefully after a two year battle with cancer, at Grace General Hospital on August 17, 2014. Preceded in death by his beloved wife Evangeline and son David. He leaves to mourn his passing his children Billy (Deb), Brenda (Craig), and Scott (Jessica). He is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters, brother-in-law Arnold Dyck (Terri) and numerous nieces and nephews. Dad proudly served for 25 years in the Canadian Armed Forces. After he served in the military he went on to Manitoba Corrections for 20 years. At 65 years old, Dad retired and went on to enjoy life as he wanted. We would like to give a special thank you to Dr. Patricia Harris and all of the staff at Grace Hospital for their care. A private family service took place at graveside.
