Condolences & Memories (5 entries)

  • I just returned to town and read the news of the terrible loss of your Mom and grandma! It is a sad time but hold your memories and each other close and while all will not necessarily be good, it will eventually get better. I remember your Mom as being the sweetest lady with the best sense of humor. And what determination and dedication...I remember her crocheting about a million hats for all the junior curlers! She made our wedding cake full of daisies and smiled while she said she never wanted to make another daisy in her life! And it was the best fruit cake I have ever eaten, before and since! I would bump into her around our neighborhood and will miss not seeing her every now and then. Her and my Mom can have a little catch up over a cup of tea! - Posted by: Marilyn Joyal (Friend) on: Aug 28, 2014

  • My condolences to Audrey's family. She was a great lady with a lovely personality. Carol Ans - Posted by: Carol Ans (friend) on: Aug 26, 2014

  • My deepest sympathy to Helen and Kenneth & family. I remember this one time Mrs. Graham came to see her husband about something. They were talking outside the classroom. They were talking for a bit and Mr. Graham came back inside and said he was sorry for taking too long, and then he introduced his wife to the class. - Posted by: Trish Gulenchyn ((student) from Whitemouth School I was in her husband's class) on: Aug 26, 2014

  • Ma you will be missed by many, the memories I have will linger forever. Helen, Kenneth and families our deepest sympathy, have comfort knowing she is now pain free and back with dad having tea. - Posted by: Arleen (close friend) on: Aug 26, 2014

  • Our friendship began in 1972 when Audrey was the secretary at Whitemouth School and Derek and I were team teaching the grade 3 class. We lost touch when life got hectic after 11 moves and reconnected 10 years ago when we found each other on Facebook. Audrey was the most caring and loving person I have ever known and will be sadly missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to Kenneth, Helen and your families. May the happy memories you shared with your Mom ease your sorrow. Rest in Peace my Dear Friend. - Posted by: Beverly Lovenuk (friend) on: Aug 26, 2014
