DANIEL EDWIN DOELL Daniel Edwin Doell was born April 23, 1939 in Winkler, Manitoba. He passed away on Wednesday, August 22, 2014 at Neepawa Hospital at the age of 75. In his school age years his parents and siblings moved to Carman, Manitoba. When he completed grade eight he joined the work force doing various jobs in the Carman area. He then moved to Winnipeg where he met Gladys Schellenberg. They married and lived in Winnipeg for one year. They moved to the Austin area where they farmed for eight years. They relocated to Gladstone where Dan drove truck and went into business with his brother. After twelve years Dan sold his share of the business and returned to farming until his retirement. Thirteen years later Dan and Gladys retired to town. During those years he battled with heart and back problems. He passed away as a result of a stroke at the Neepawa Hospital with his family at his side. He was deceased by his parents, Daniel D. and Helen Doell and his in-laws Jacob and Katherine Schellenberg. He is survived by his wife Gladys, three sons and one daughter and their families. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Gladstone Christian Fellowship.
