  • Sherry - so sorry to hear about Ray - we were all better people for having known him. He was always happy and fun and perhaps knew how to live life a little more fully than the rest of us - perhaps he had an inkling he would leave us early. • I have known Ray for 20 years serving with him in 2VP, he was someone to admire and respect, as a soldier and a man. After we both retired Kelly and I became closer with Ray and Sherry, Ray's generosity to all he met always amazed us. We will always cherish the friendship and laughs we had with Ray and Sherry. You will be missed but never forgotten brother. - Posted by: Kelly & Steve Davies (friend ) on: Aug 30, 2014

  • Sherry is a dear friend we taught with both in Norway House and Winnipeg. Both Sherry and Ray were so dedicated to whatever they put their minds to, be it to their jobs, their training for and running of marathons and the commitment to their much loved dogs. Ray was always so welcoming. I wish we had been able to spend more time together these past few years since we moved to Gimli. Sherry, my heart breaks for your loss.
