VIVIAN PATRICIA (PAT) WATSON (COULTER)
Date of Passing: Aug 28, 2014
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryVIVIAN PATRICIA (PAT) WATSON (nee COULTER) 1927 - 2014 It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother on Thursday, August 28, 2014. She has gone to join Dad (Bob) who left us January 9, 2004. Pat leaves behind daughters Diane Dyck (Larry) and Cheryl MacDonald; grandchildren Amber Levy (Mark), Neil Dyck (Louise), Scott MacDonald and Heather Swartman (Jody), as well as great-grandchildren Ryan Swartman, Bryn Levy and another little Swartman on the way. She also leaves behind her sister Lil Webster and brother George Coulter. Her family was her life and she loved spending time with each and every one of them. Pat and Bob loved to travel and took many trips to Kauai and they also looked forward to their many trips to Minneapolis to watch the Toronto Blue Jays play the Minnesota Twins, accompanied by her sister and brother-in-law Lil and Norm Webster with whom they always had such good times. Mom was a lady at all times and always put others before herself. She was a wonderful friend and confidante who was always there when needed. Prior to her passing Pat lived at Sturgeon Creek 1 Retirement Residence where she had many friends and enjoyed taking part in all the activities they had to offer. This was her home for the last eight years and she loved all the staff who made living there such a wonderful experience. Special thanks to Deer Lodge Centre 2W for the loving care they provided over the past two months. Cremation has taken place and there will be a private family interment. IN THE GARDEN I come to the garden alone, While the dew is still on the roses, And the voice I hear falling on my ear The Son of God discloses. And He walks with me, and He talks with me, And He tells me I am His own; And the joy we share as we tarry there, None other has ever known. He speaks, and the sound of His voice Is so sweet the birds hush their singing, And the melody that He gave to me Within my heart is ringing. I'd stay in the garden with Him, Though the night around me be falling, But He bids me go; through the voice of woe His voice to me is calling. __________________________ We hold you close within our hearts And there you will remain To walk with us through our lives Until we meet again. Pat was a wonderful, caring person. Working with her was pleasant, she was always calm, cool and collected. My condolences to her family of whom she was so proud. Iva Wilson - Posted by: Iva Wilson (co-worker) on: Sep 04, 2014
