  • At a young age, I remember going to Sundown with Donna and staying at Baba's. She welcomed me with open arms and heart. I felt like one of the family. She always had lots of the best Ukrainian food ever. At Donna's wedding, Baba was as beautiful as the bride welcoming all who in her path. Thank-you for the memories. Deepest sympathy to the families. - Posted by: Roxanna Sewell Fenning (friend of family) on: Sep 04, 2014

  • I have always enjoyed being with you Matka and we had many, many wonderful conversations which meant so much to me. Loved you then, love you now and always will. Give everyone a hug from me and Rest in Peace! - Posted by: Marjorie Kowalsky (Niece/Goddaughter) on: Sep 04, 2014

  • I stayed at baba makosky's during a few deer seasons. She was a wonderful lady, kind and full of stories which she willingly shared. Even though the hunt may have been unsuccessful the time spent with her was very fulfilling. Go in peace and with God. - Posted by: Randy Woroniuk (Friend) on: Sep 04, 2014
