ALBERT ROGERS TAYLOR (AL) 1940 - 2014 Al was born in Lethbridge, Alberta in 1940 and joined the RCAF at 17. He was predeceased by Rose and Russel and is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Denise, his two sons, Albert Rogers and Kenneth Wayne (Carolyn), and grandchildren, Drew of Kelowna, BC, Kristen, Sabrina and Brayden of Kingston, ON, brother to Garth and cousin Ron of Winnipeg, along with many nieces, nephews and friends. Al graduated from University of Winnipeg Alumni. He retired to the Comox Valley with Denise in 1997. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion. Special thanks to Dr. Anderson, Dr. Camacho, the Medicine Shop and all those who had assisted Al along his journey. A celebration of Al's life will be held at St. Peter's Anglican Church in Comox, BC on Saturday, Octobert 4, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. with a reception to follow. Flowers gratefully declined. In consideration of Al's memory, donations to the Red Cross, 464 Puntledge Rd., Courtenay, BC V9N 3R1 would be appreciated.
