EWALD PIEL On Tuesday, September 30, 2014, at St. Boniface Hospital, Ewald Piel passed away at the age of 83 years. He leaves to mourn in passing his wife of 59 years, Helene; children Wilfried, Harold, Rita, and Richard; as well as four grandchildren. Numerous extended family members and friends also remember him at this time. Funeral services will be held at Mission Baptist Church on Friday, October 3 at 11:00 a.m., with viewing prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Boniface Hospital Foundation, Cardiac Research.
