Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • Most of our family met Tante Anna just one time. I guess it was in the summer of 1992 or 1994. We came from Germany and visited her daughter Anni in Vancouver. During that time she visited her daughter as well. We had alot of fun. She was doing her puzzles and we were trying to help her. We like think on this summer. Even if it was just a short time, we will all miss her. - Posted by: Family Schepers () on: Oct 06, 2014

  • My Oma, she was a great & funny lady. My Mum, Anni, is her first child, followed by Barb & Claus. My sister Angie, brother Bill, & I were born & raised in Vancouver but visited Oma & family through out our lives as often as we could. We had great summers with Oma & Opa, memories I'll never forget. Oma loved her puzzles, Mum & her would spend hours putting them together. I couldn't believe how she was still walking quickly to the front porch for her smoke with Claus, great genes. I am very fortunate & thankful that Mum & I got to see her this June. We painted our fingernails bright orange, she liked it, fun. I miss my Oma So Much! I love you Oma, Gitta - Posted by: Brigitta Neroth (Gitta) (Granddaughter, 2nd Grand child) on: Oct 04, 2014
