WILLIAM HENRY LAW Passed away peacefully at home, Sunday, September 28, 2014. Bill was predeceased by his father, William Richmond Law and his mother, Dorothy Marie Law. He is survived by his partner, Donna Jean Patola, his brother Bob (Colleen ) of Sioux Narrows, ON. and Donna's daughter, Sunday Patola of Nelson B.C. Bill lived his life on his own terms, and enjoyed most of his years working in the garment trade. Bill and Donna treasured their cozy cottage on the Red River and it was their sanctuary. We are so saddened to learn of Mr. Law's passing. We knew him when he first started coming south to stay at Orange Beach, Alabama during the winter months. He and Donna were such a great couple and we always looked forward to their trips down. Wish we had been able to know him longer but are thankful for the times we were able to spend time with him at the beach. - Posted by: Ric and Donna Green (friends) on: Feb 12, 2015

How do you honour a friendship of 56 years? I don't have enough of a command of the English language to express my sadness of my life-long friend's passing. Bill, you will be missed but, the legacy you leave in my life will be there forever. God Bless you Donna. I know how fortunate Bill considered himself to have you in his life. Rest in peace my friend. - Posted by: Jim Watson (Friend) on: Oct 05, 2014

I have many memories of my friend Bill and I enjoying the summers of our youth on Big Whiteshell Lake. We had great experiences snowmobiling for several winters before snowmobiles were popularized. As I reflect on those times I can't help but smile and laugh at the situations we got ourselves into. Blessings to you Donna. David - Posted by: David Baldner (Friend) on: Oct 04, 2014
