EILEEN LILLIAN SMITH May 8, 1916 - October 13, 2014 On October 13, 2014 at Tabor Home, Morden, MB Eileen Smith peacefully passed away. She was born May 8, 1916 in Snowflake, Manitoba, daughter of Harold and Lillian Hurst. She grew up in Snowflake and was married there on May 30, 1934 to Everett James Smith of Snowflake. Eileen and Everett farmed west of Snowflake until their retirement. She was an avid member of the church including Sunday School, CGIT, choir, UCW, curling and all efforts in community work. She is survived by two sons James Murray Smith and friend Anne presently of Morden and Harold Dale Smith with his wife Elaine who reside on a farm west of Snowflake, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Wiebe Funeral Home, Morden, MB. Interment will take place in the Snowflake Cemetery.
