MILAGROS LISAN Milagros, surrounded by the love of her family, passed away on October 17, 2014 at the age of 84 years. She will be lovingly remembered by sons Reynaldo (Nancy), Rodelio (Marife), daughters Lourdes (Manny) Cruz, Teresita (Angelito) Mariano, Cristina (Roberto) Manalang, grandchildren Myla, Michael, Matthew, Melvin, Michelle, Lloyd, Lawrence, Rona Mae, Bernadette, R.C., Marilyn, Justin, Che-Che, Mark, Marvin, Marlo and Trisha, 15 great-grandchildren, brother Francisco Santos, as well as many other relatives in the U.S. and Philippines. She was predeceased by her husband Celestino, granddaughter Maricel, and her parents. Milagros came to Canada in 1979 at the age of 48 years and worked for Midwest Garment and Harco Electronics in Winnipeg. The family would like to thank all the staff on Evergreen Unit at Fred Douglas Lodge for their compassionate care. Lamay Visitation will be held Friday, October 24, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue. Prayers will be said on Friday at 9:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, October 25, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Parish, 2400 Portage Avenue.
