Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKATHLEEN CHRISTINA HEISINGER (nee LINDSAY) Kay passed away peacefully on October 17, 2014 at Grace Hospital at the age of 85 years. Kay will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 56 years, Victor, son Craig (Vickie), daughter Paula (Graham) Bowkett, grandchildren Jake, Mack, Zachery, Tucker, Chelsea and Kathleen, sister Margaret Isaac, as well as other family and friends. Kay enjoyed a variety of different jobs, ending her career with her passion for flowers at Orchid Florist. Many hours of family fun were spent at the lake. I was saddened to hear of Kay's passing. I was Dr. Stephensen's medical assistant for many years. I looked forward to Kay's visits to the doctor's office. She always gave me a warm smile, called me by name and asked how my day was going. My condolences to you Vic. Heaven has received another angel. R.I.P. My family is so sorry for your loss. How we all loved BooBoo! She was loved by 3 generations of my family. It was fun growing up across the back lane from the Heisingers. My mom Pat, and Kay spent many a morning over coffee as us kids played. I have such fond memories of chatting with BooBoo as she puttered in her garden out back. I loved her fashion sense! And the butter and brown sugar sandwiches she made for us! yum! My daughter Danielle got to know BooBoo from her times spent playing with Chelsea, and she adored BooBoo just as the rest of us did. Danielle and I were fortunate to have several visits with BooBoo in August during one of her stays at the Grace. They were lovely visits and each time we wished we could stay longer. BooBoo had a smile on her face every visit, and we always left with a smile on ours. - Posted by: Cathy Burnell (Cunningham) () on: Oct 21, 2014
