My deepest condolences to the entire family. I always appreciated Mrs. Szych's kindness and generosity. I especially had great respect for what she went through to escape German occupied territories during the War. - Posted by: Carmen Howatt (née Bidochka) (neighbour) on: Oct 30, 2014

So sorry to hear the loss of your Mom. I will miss her calls for a cup of tea & goodies & the many shared stories & always shared her vegetables & apples. We will miss her cinnamon buns which she would bake & teaching me that as one ages, we all have the hope of the resurrection. Our Love to all of you, Ann Yewish & family - Posted by: Ann Yewish (Close Family Friend & Neighbor) on: Oct 27, 2014

To Henry ( Betty ) and family. I am very sorry to hear of your loss of your mother and grandmother. My heart goes out to all the family. Though I never met Mrs. Szych I do know that she raised a fine and caring son in Henry. - Posted by: Barry Armitage (Friend of Henry ) on: Oct 27, 2014

Oh im so sorry to hear about mom. Your mom worked so hard to make things just so perfect. Every time going to see Lotka she always had something hot coming out of the oven for you, whether it would be a cake or pie, but she always love to share with you. My mom and Lotka go way back in Germany and had stayed in touch after all these years which is truly amazing. I have a special place in my heart for she was close to my mom and now they are reunited they have lots of catching up to do. May God bless to all of the family and may God give you you wings to give you strength at this very hard and trying time. Love you all, nena xoxo - Posted by: nena bortkiewicz (good friends with my late mother) on: Oct 27, 2014
