I worked with Joe (and his son Joey) for 6 years...truly a great man. When I got hired with Con-Force I was the only female on the plant floor at the time, he treated me with so much respect and kindness, I will never forget that! My deepest condolences to the Lonec family. - Posted by: Victoria Bloomfield (Co-Worker at Con-Force (2000-2006)) on: Nov 07, 2014

Truly saddening news. I worked with Joe for many years at con-force and we always got along great. He always kept in touch after he retired and I will miss our conversations. I am different than the others that spoke about working with Joe as I only did for a very short time. It was pointed out today how many people have been hired to fill what Joe did by himself. We have at least 3 directly related to what he did alone. His experience was obvious but it was even clearer that he was well respected. Our condolences to all of Joe's Family and friends - Posted by: Don Grant (GM @ Armtec/Con-Force) on: Nov 06, 2014

I'm saddened by Joe's Passing, please accept my condolences. Joe and I worked together on many projects and had many laughs together. In my 34 years working with Joe I don't believe I've saw a harder or more dedicated worker. He was always willing to teach and help others especially the younger workers. Joe had many great work skills which greatly helped Con-Force become a leader in its industry. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. It's time for Joe now to rest in peace, he will be always remembered. - Posted by: Ernie Fensom (co-worker (friend)) on: Nov 06, 2014

I worked with Joe for quite a few yrs. at Conforce. A good friend, a great workmate, always someone who had your back. Anytime I would call Joe for anything when I moved on in my career, he was willing to help out and had contacts in this city like no other person in his field. One day we all must take this path that Joe has taken, so until we meet again. Rest in peace my friend. My condolences to Joey and the rest of the Lonec family. - Posted by: Daryle Kaskiw (co-worker) on: Nov 05, 2014
