I had the privilege of meeting Donalda through our lia sophia business, Her love for the "Bling" was evident in everything she did. She was passionate about her business and loved sharing the lia sophia experience with everyone! From her Hostesses, her customers and her team members. She will be especially missed at our monthly meetings, her positive attitude, and bright smile, and her always amazing perfectly put together looks... We all looked forward to seeing what combination of jewels Donalda would have paired together. Miss you my girl... the heavens just got a little more "sparkle" - Posted by: Jolie Hrominchuk (lia sophia "sister/friend" and leader) on: Nov 27, 2014

I knew Donalda through work (Manitoba Health) and knew her for many years! We became friends through Toastmasters where we encouraged each other, challenged, laughed, and had some great times! It was my pleasure to help Donalda find her personal Savior three years ago! She came to Calvary Temple where I attend and she enjoyed the service. She then took the ALPHA Course where she learned so much about who Jesus Christ was and why He died for her sins! She accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Savior! We will all miss her here but we know that we will see her again in Heaven!! - Posted by: Susan Wolfe (Friend/ co-worker) on: Nov 23, 2014

So sorry to hear of Donalda's passing. She was a member of Westwinners Toastmasters Club for a couple of years leaving when she found out about her cancer. She was very determined to build and assist the club at that time. Her strength and commitment to Toastmasters will be remembered. May your fond memories give you strength at this time... - Posted by: Thea Ostermann (Toastmasters) on: Nov 12, 2014

Totally shocked to hear of Donalda's passing, we only remember the good times, when we travelled on 2 occasions to Florida and the humorous times living across the street, never a dull moment. I met Donalda through business during the last few years. We would help fundraise during performances of the Manitoba Opera. During the early start of her new career I welcomed Donalda to join me at my open house as we were both independent consultants. I will miss seeing her wonderful smile and her enthusiasm at The Manitoba Opera's opening show in the next few weeks. I am thoroughly shocked by this news. What a lovely woman she was. My condolences to her family, whom she loved very much. God bless you Donalda. - Posted by: Laurie Gydé (Friend through her work) on: Nov 09, 2014
