Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLARD CECIL ROBBINS 1927-2014 On Tuesday, December 23, 2014 Cecil passed away peacefully with his family by his side. He will be deeply missed by his wife of 60 years Jocelyn; children Sidney (Linda), Catherine and James (Karen); grandchildren Sean, Shana, Kendra, Brett, Leah, Carlie and Kara; great-grandsons Titan, Matthew and Blake. Cece was predeceased by his daughter Carol in infancy and great-granddaughter Ana. Our appreciation to St. Boniface Hospital Emergency, and the staff with Dr. Mink at I.C.M.S. who worked so tirelessly on his behalf. Private interment for the family will be held on December 31, 2014. Donations may be made to a charity of your choice. My grandpa was a wonderful person. When he took care of myself and my brother when my mom had to work he would always take us for walks and to parks in the area where he and my grandma lived. My grandpa could never resist sweets even if it meant a bad dentist check-up or worse a chipped tooth. I will miss driving up to my grandparents house because my grandpa would always be there to open the door to greet us with a smile on his face. My grandpa meant everything to me and I will miss him.
