Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGERTRUD SLOBOSHAN October 12, 1921 - January 6, 2015 Gertrud is survived by sister, Erika Kueke of Germany, sisters-in-law, Zena Kaminski and Marie Sloboshan and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by husband, Anatoly, her parents, step-mother and brother in Germany. Gertrud came from Germany in June 1961. She met and married Anatoly Sloboshan on July 17, 1962. Gertrud worked at the Health Sciences Centre in different positions for many years. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 8, 2015 at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street, West St. Paul. Interment will take place in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses at Seven Oaks Hospital for the care given to Gertrud. Donations may be made to a charity of one's choice. Hello, I received some mail a couple months back, addressed to Gertrud Sloboshan. I rent a house, so I do get old tenants mail sometimes. I'm in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This one stuck out because the neighbour's have spoken about a Gertrude who lived here, and how lovely she was. And now I need to know her legacy.
