NORMAN BURR On Wednesday, January 7, 2015 Norman Burr passed away at Poseidon Personal Care Home. A memorial service will take place on Tuesday, January 13 at 1:00 p.m. at Neil Bardal Funeral Centre, 3030 Notre Dame Avenue (across from Brookside Cemetery). Longer obituary will follow. As a young constable I learned at lot from Norm - he always had time to help me and others as we started our career as police officers. In these past years we had reunions of the St. Vital Police force which Norm always attended. These were his original serving officers and he never missed a moment to re-connect.
