Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLORNE JUNIUS ERTL It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved son, brother and nephew, Lorne on January 9, 2015. Leaving to mourn and cherish his memory is his loving mother, Thorun; brother Craig; uncles, John (Anne) and Steini. He was predeceased by his father, Henry. Lorne was born on June 30, 1957 in Vancouver, B.C. The family moved to Winnipeg in 1958. Lorne attended Wayoata School in Transcona and later schools in St. Andrews and Selkirk. He had many interests, Lorne was mechanically inclined and took on many restoration projects. The family would like to thank the staff at the Seven Oaks Hospital for doing everything they could do for Lorne. Lorne will live forever in our hearts and in our memories. If so desired, donations can be made to CancerCare Manitoba. Cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held. LORNE JUNIUS ERTL Peacefully, on January 9, 2015 at the Seven Oaks Hospital, Lorne Ertl, aged 57 years of Lockport, MB. passed away. In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held. Full obituary to follow in Tuesday's paper. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
