JOSEPH LOUIS SAURETTE December 26, 1928 - January 13, 2015 Joseph Louis Saurette est décédé le 13 janvier, 2015, au Foyer Valade, St. Vital. Epoux de Jeanette (née Beaudette), père de Richard (Monique), Suzanne (Mike), Marcel (Darlene), Jules (Tunde), Raymond (Lorraine), Lorraine (Dale), Pierre (Christine), 14 petits- enfants et two arrieres petits-enfants. Joe was born in Letellier, MB to Louis Saurette and Alma Leclair. He was married to Jeanette for 63 years. They farmed in Letellier until they moved to Winnipeg in 1966, where he worked as a sheet metal worker, ending his career at CN Rail. Joe was an amazing husband, father, and friend to all. He was everyone's handyman and would never say no to anyone needing help. He was a life member of the Knights of Columbus. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at the St. Boniface Cathedral, 190 avenue de la Cathédrale, St. Boniface, MB. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to L'actionmarguerite - Foyer Valade. Thank you to the staff for their kindness during Joe's stay at the Foyer Valade.
