TEDDY SZPAK January 30, 1921 - January 14, 2015 Teddy was born in Winnipeg in 1921. He enlisted in the Royal Canadian Air Force in 1939, and was posted in Manchester, England during the Second World War. There he met and married Kathleen Peacock, and they had their son Gerald. Ted enjoyed fishing, travelling and gardening. He worked for CNR for most of his working life. He was predeceased by his wife Kathleen in 2002, and his son Gerald in 2009. He is survived by his grandchildren Dana (Kelly), Kelly (Alan); great-grandchildren Keenan, Gerald, Cameron, Spencer; sister Adeline; sister-in-law Joan; nephew Grant (Barbara); niece Linda (Glen). Many thanks to the loving care he received at Parkview Place. A private family service will be held. Glen Eden Funeral Home Cemetery 338-7111

RIP Uncle Ted, you were an incredibly important person to me and I am so grateful for all of our memories together. You gave me an awesome childhood that I'll never forget.
