IDA MEDWID It is in great sadness we lost our beloved mother, grandmother, relative and friend Ida. On September 21, 1957 she met and married her true love husband Bill. Together they raised four children. Left to cherish mom and their memories are Greg, Brenda (Gil), Rhonda (Keith) and Brad (Misty); grandchildren Laura (Stan) Elizabeth (Kyle), Brooke, Shane, Nakkita, Maddison, Bailey; and great-grandchild Maddox. Ida will also be sadly missed by her sisters; Anne, Frieda (Paul); and brother Ben (Betty). Ida was a very outgoing woman with a personality to match. She loved kids meeting new people and loved hanging out with her friends. We love you Mom, we will miss you more than you know. We will say goodbye for now, we will see you again. There will be no service. GREEN ACRES Funeral Home and Cemetery (204) 222-3241 Condolences may be sent to www.greenacresfuneralhome.com

I remember our dear cousin as a hardworking and exceptionally brave woman. My thoughts and prayers have remained with her in the past months, but I regret that I was unable to visit Ida during her illness. I will cherish our last conversation on the telephone. She will be missed. We send our love and heartfelt sympathy to the family. - Posted by: Jake & Margaret Kroeker (cousin) on: Jan 18, 2015
