Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySHANE MICHAEL CARRIERE It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of our son, father and friend on Sunday, December 28, 2014. Shane is lovingly remembered by his mother Cheryl, his daughters Lyndsey and Ryleigh. He also leaves to mourn his father Michael and his wife Becky, stepbrothers Chad, Jared and stepsister Brittany and his long time love, Brandy, as well as his two best friends Glen and Wes, aunts, uncles, relatives and too many friends to mention. Shane will always be remembered for his strong personality and determination. He also had a unique sense of humour and an undying love for his family. Remember Me Remember me with smiles not tears, For all the joy through all the years. Recall the closeness that was ours, A love as sweet as fragrant flowers. Don't dwell on the thoughts that cause you pain, We'll see each other once again. I am at peacetry to believe, It was my timeI had to leave. But what a view I have from here, I see your face, I feel you near, I follow you throughout the day, You're not alone along the way. And when God calls youyou will be, Right by my sideright here with me. Till then, I'll wait by Heaven's door, We'll be unitedevermore! I miss you so much dad, I can’t believe it’s been 10 years without you. I feel like life would be so different if you were still here. I wish you could meet my son and your grand-son, Kaine. He is going to be 3 years old and he looks so much like me, like us. He has your spirit within and I love that the most. One day we will meet again. I hope you are happy wherever you are but we have not and will never forget about you and your time with us here on Earth. You were the first family member to meet from my father's side, now you rest with my father, let him know about me Kay tell him I'd like to meet him one day. You were the closest as a father for me because I never had that opportunity. You were an awesome big cousin, always looking out for me your baby cuz you would say to me, you helped me out when I needed, still can't believe you're gone, I just want to pick up the phone and hear your voice. Before you passed away I was looking for you I needed one of those safety's but now you're in heaven and life continues, my heart mourns for you cuz and there was so much to say to u but all I have is our memories and visions of your wisdom and humour I miss you cuz... We knew each other 10 years, so many good times we laughed and watched each other grow. From young punks to responsible adults. You started your painting company and it took off. I'd call you for advice on jobs I was doing myself and you were there to help. Your humor was one of a kind and you got me, as I did you. You always praised your mother for being the tough french chick that wouldn't hesitate to put your ass in check and near the end your benefits of that relationship definitely shined through. I'm going to miss our random conversations, knowing I can't pick up the phone hurts the most.
