EMILIE GERMERSHAUSEN 1911-2015 Our beloved mother Emilie Germershausen passed away at the age of 103 years. Born in Bochum, Germany, lived in Winnipeg 61 years. Mother was predeceased by her husband Albert, and her son Heinz. The Lord blessed mother with good health and happiness. Throughout the years Mother has been a great inspiration and guidance to us. She leaves to mourn her daughter Ingrid Keller, son-in-law Arthur, daughter-in-law Lilly, six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. We thank the Bethania Care Home staff for taking good care of our mother. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 22, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Klassen Funeral Home, 1897 Henderson Highway, Winnipeg, Manitoba. The passing of Little Oma as we called her was a longtime coming. Although we were not close, in her later years we did reacquaint ourselves...she was a funny lady that made me laugh. She met her great-Grandson Tim 10 years ago.
