Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • I remember being little and sitting at Uncle Tom's piano to plunk a tune out. He came over and said "no, not like that, like this..." And he continued the song I had been playing, but somehow he managed to play every single key on that piano, top bottom. You could see that he got the same pleasure from playing a piano as a kid gets from racing down a road full speed on a bicycle with a strong wind at their back. He was an amazing piano player! - Posted by: Kelli Stewart (Great-niece ) on: Feb 17, 2015

  • I well remember Tom's lectures to me on healthy eating - which obviously served him well considering the grand old age he reached! I also recall coming into church and hearing him thump out his tunes before the service...My sincere condolences to all of you, his family. May you have wonderful memories.....
