Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBETTY SWARBRICK (nee JEANES) Betty passed away peacefully on January 11, 2015 at the age of 88. Predeceased by her beloved husband Bob in 1999, Betty will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her son Bruce (Mary Lou) of Calgary, daughter Barb (Roland) of Ottawa and son Humphrey (Christine); as well as her grandchildren Shelagh (Dustin), Peter (Carole), Lauren (Jamie) and Luke; and great-grandchildren Maya, Simon and Aiden. She is survived by her brother Eric Jeanes and her many nieces and nephews. Betty spent many of her senior years travelling to Arizona with Bob and was an avid bridge player. Her positive outlook on life and sharp wit will be missed by all. A memorial service will take place on Saturday, February 7 at 2:00 p.m. at the Norwood Hotel, 112 Marion Street, Winnipeg, MB. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Winnipeg Firefighters Burn Fund, 303-83 Garry Street, Winnipeg, MB R3C 4J9 would be appreciated.
