I couldn't get a hold hof Bev anymore, her phone number didn't work and her e-mail came back. So I started searching ... and said enough I read about her passing away Jan. 26, 2015. She was my landlady when I was a young guy in Winnipeg, and we stayed in touch. She came to Saskatoon, to Switzerland and I visited her occasionally in Winnipeg. She was a great person, a lot of fun and a good friend! Bev, may you rest in peace! - Posted by: Reber Martin (Friend) on: Feb 22, 2016

Darlyne, I remember your mom and dad coming to stay in Crystal Beach with us for a couple of weeks before they left for Germany. You were just walking. On their return to Canada they stayed again until their car and trailer arrived. We had a good visit and enjoyed going to Crystal Beach Park. The last time we seen her was at your wedding, she was great to all of us. Sorry she had such a terrible time at the end. I kept her in my thoughts and prayers during her difficult time. Love to all Eleanor and Family. - Posted by: Eleanor Lake (sister-in-law) on: Feb 07, 2015

Dear Darlyne and Family Your Mother and I started grade one together, and we have been friends ever since. It is said that friends are angels without wings. I believe this to be true. I have great memories of being with your Mother. Len and I have enjoyed her hospitality when she lived in Germany and in Winnipeg. Just listening to her answering machine message made one feel better and always generated a smile. I know that your Mother appreciated all the assistance that you gave to her. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and family. Len & Lorna Gross, Burnaby, B.C. - Posted by: Len & Lorna Gross (Friends) on: Jan 29, 2015

I only got to see Bev about once every ten years, usually at family reunions and such. I will always remember her as a very alive person. She was always full of bubbles and laughs. She will be missed til we meet again. - Posted by: Robert Parker (Cousin) on: Jan 29, 2015

Very sorry to hear about Bev's passing. She was always a loving, fun person who loved her family and enjoyed sharing time with her extended family when they managed a visit. We have not had much recent contact so I was glad that I got to have a nice visit with her last fall. We remember her with loving thoughts and prayers. - Posted by: Frank and Jessie Parker (Cousin) on: Jan 29, 2015

Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this very sad time in your lives. We are so sorry to hear about Auntie Beverley's passing. We always looked forward to her Christmas cards and letter telling us all about her love of curling, golfing and enjoying time with her family. Heaven has been blessed with another special angel called Beverley. She is at peace now, with Jesus and his angels and her loved ones who are no longer with us. God willing, they will welcome her home with open arms. With Love and Respect, Sylvia and Gordon Bowen. - Posted by: Sylvia and Gordon Bowen (Family) on: Jan 28, 2015

We met your mother when she lived in her condo on Ness Ave. She lived next door to my husband's mother Kay for many years. She was a lovely, kind, generous lady and she will be sorely missed. Our daughter Kristen loved playing with her little dog Ruby. Our sincere condolences to your family at this sad time. May she rest in peace with God in heaven.
