IRENE HEROUX (nee PATTRICK) 1926 - 2015 It is with heavy hearts and many memories that we announce the passing of Irene Heroux on January 24, 2015 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by her son Robert, parents John and Mary, brothers Ted and Jack, and her sister Daisy. Irene is survived by the love of her life Henry, of 70 years, granddaughter Michelle (Bill), grandson Ryan (Dana), and her great-grandchildren who were her pride and joy Taylor (Bev) and Preslee. She also leaves two very special nieces Beverly (Tom) and Barbara (Ray); also the two most loving friends Lorna and Rick, along with many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the nurses of 5 Unit 1 at Seven Oaks Hospital and especially Doreen Brown. They would also like to thank the many homecare and Palliative Care workers. A big thank you to George and Sandra Munroe for all of your love and support. A Heart of Gold A heart of gold stopped beating Working hands at rest, God broke our hearts to prove to us He only takes the best. Leaves and flowers may wither, The golden sun may set But the hearts that loved you dearly Are the ones that won't forget.
