Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryADRIENNE BEAUCHEMIN (née CARRIERE) It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear mom, mémère, sister, sister-in-law and friend, Adrienne Emilie Marie Beauchemin. Mom passed away peacefully on January 29, 2015 at the Convalescent Home, surrounded by her family She has gone to meet her beloved husband, Lionel. Mom will be lovingly remembered and sorely missed by her children, Jacqueline (Dale), Angèle (Brian), Bernadette (Gordon), Evelyne (Robert), Claude (Sheila), Andre (Shirley), Monique (Renald), and Joseph (Kathryn); 18 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Mom was predeceased by her parents, Maria and André; brothers Lucien and Edmond; sisters Jeannette and Gisèle; her sisters-in-law Annette and Lucile; and brothers-in-law Denis, Louis and Jean-Baptiste. She is survived by her brothers Andrew and Phillipe (Roselyne) and sister Anita (Laurent) ; sisters-in-law Simone, Dolores and Jeannine; and her brothers-in-law Bob, Roméo (Jeane), and Oswald. Mom always enjoyed having her family over. The door was always open and we were welcomed with open arms. Mom always had fresh baked goodies for everyone. As the family grew, Mom enjoyed spending time with the grandchildren. Many Sunday nights were spent around the bonfire enjoying each other's company. Family was everything to Mom. Mom worked 22 years as a Short Order Cook at St. Amant Centre, a job she truly enjoyed. She is still remembered fondly for her friendly way and generous spirit. Funeral services for Mom will be held on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at Parish of St. Timothy , 135 John Forsythe Road in St. Vital at 11:00 a.m. with Father Phil Daley officiating. We would like to express our deep appreciation to the staff of Convalescent Home for the compassion and care they provided to our mom. We were saddened to hear of the passing of Mrs. Beauchemin, a lovely lady with a beautiful smile. Jim will always remember the bacon and eggs she served to him when he lunched at St. Amant Centre. Our sincere condolences to the Beauchemin and Carriere families. Adrienne was a lovely lady and a great friend. I had the privilege of working with Adrienne at St. Amant Centre. We also enjoyed her company at the numerous birthday dinner celebrations with close friends at the Oasis Campground & at restaurants. We will miss that great smile of yours & your mischievous look in your eyes. Till we meet again! My condolences goes out to all my cousins and their families. I will always remember going to Grandma and Grandpa Carriere for all celebrations throughout the years a long time ago. I enjoyed speaking with Adrienne when we both lived in Ile Des Chenes. She was a special person and I am glad I was given the opportunity to know her. My condolences to the family, I'm sorry I can't be at her funeral as I am away. I will say a prayer for her tonight. God claimed another angel. I shared many trips to St. Amant Centre with the Beauchemin family for which I am grateful. Your mom had such a love for life.
