My deepest sympathy to the family. I knew Kevin since 1997 when I started working at the mint. He was a great setup, but most of all he was a great friend. His nickname for me was "Muchacha" he used to call me that because I was Spanish. He sure knew how to make everyone around him feel comfortable and make them laugh when they were having a bad day. R.I.P my friend I will never forget you. - Posted by: Patricia Glowasky AkA "Muchacha " (friend) on: Feb 16, 2015

RIP Kevin. We all know you are riding in an amazing place right now. - Posted by: Susan Grossman (friend /coworker at the Mint) on: Feb 02, 2015

Conlin, Brenan and family, we are so sorry for your loss. Your dad was a fun person to be around, he had a great sense of humour. I(Tom) also had many good memories of him from my youth. He was a fun loving, gentle, kind and patient man. Rest in peace Uncle Kevin. - Posted by: Tom, Candace, Tyree, and Liam Eschuk (Cousin of Brennan and Conlin) on: Feb 02, 2015

My deepest sympathies to Kevin's Family. I worked with Kevin at the Mint. He trained me on the coining presses and that means I had the bestest training! I have had many many laughs with him and I am so sad knowing all I have now are memories and that there will be no new ones. I will miss him so much. He was a one of kind. R.I.P. Am truly sorry for the loss to the Lang family. He and I both worked at the Royal Canadian Mint years ago. We spent many hours talking while working on the examining table. I will miss this remarkable man I was lucky enough to call my friend. - Posted by: Freda Signorile (friend) on: Jan 31, 2015

First off I'm very sorry to hear of Kevin's passing and please accept my sincere condolences. As a new hire at the Royal Canadian Mint I have many pleasant memories of Kevin who worked as a set/up person on the presses while training and assisting us others. He was a pleasant person to work and socialize with and I admired him for accepting me for who I was and not passing judgement on my preferences like so many others. We both rode, admired and respected the Harley Davidson mantra. Although I'd not seen Kevin for a handful of years as he'd been on disability I did however have the pleasure to quite often run into his father Keith when filling up with fuel at the Esso on Portage and they both reminded me of each other a lot. Having lost three dearly beloved people as of recent I have myself come to appreciate how precious life truly is in all its sincerity. I had no idea we would lose Kevin at such an early age which makes as quite a shock as he was less than a year older than myself. Having not met others in relation to his family I'd wish for you all to know that his passing is not without acknowledgement in that he through his short period of time with us absolutely made and had a profound positive impact in accordance with making this world a better place to live in. Rest in peace Brother as you ride off into the heavens above. - Posted by: Kris Anderson (Friend/Co-worker) on: Jan 31, 2015
