When growing up as a youngster, the two "cool" guys living close to our place were Mel and his brother-in-law Cash. Thinking of Judy and Randy at this time. These were families my parents knew so well. - Posted by: Victor Laird (old neighbours) on: Feb 10, 2015

Judy, Bill, Randy and families. Our Condolences go to you on the passing of your Dad, Grandfather, our Uncle Mel. Uncle Mel was one of my cool Uncles. Always calm and relaxed and forever smiling. He showed his love for My Aunt Vera and his family. He will be sadly missed. - Posted by: Debbie Thomas (Minnie) (Niece) on: Feb 09, 2015

Judy, I happened upon the notice of your Dad's passing today and want to pass on my condolences. Although we have not been in touch for many years, I fondly remember your family, your Dad's hearty laugh and especially our summers in N. Springfield, E.K. and Transcona. May your memories keep him in your heart forever. - Posted by: Judy Morris (Old friend from "the Powerline") on: Feb 07, 2015
