DR. ROMAN SEIFER

Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDR. ROMAN SEIFER FRCP(C) 1929 - 2015 After a lengthy illness, Roman passed away on January 29, 2015. He is survived by his wife Vena; son Michael (Thérèse), grandsons Sean and Colin; and daughter Colette (Jesus A. Miguel Garcia). He was born in Poland and spent his early childhood there, prior to moving to England. He completed his medical studies in Ireland. Roman and Vena immigrated to Canada in 1959 and lived in The Pas where he was a family physician before moving to Winnipeg in 1960. After several years in family practice Roman obtained his post-graduate degree in Psychiatry and practiced for over 40 years. He was a dedicated physician and always there for his patients. The family would like to thank Tuxedo Villa for their care. Private burial will take place. If desired, donations may be made in Dr. Seifer's memory to a charity of your choice. Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen. LECLAIRE BROTHERS in care of arrangements, 204-775-2220

I saw Dr. Seifer professionally for approximately 3 years. He helped me so much with problems in my life. I was so grateful that I got to see him. He was a good doctor and helped me through some terrible patches. I will forever be grateful. Thank you Dr. Seifer.
