Dear Irvin and the Olafson family. I was so saddened to hear of Lois' passing. She was a great lady and dear friend. She was chosen " Fjallkona" (Icelandic Maid of the Mountain". ) in the 90's and made Gimli very proud. A very gracious lady has left us, but is now in peace. Her family was the love of her life. My prayers and thoughts are with you all at this very difficult time, however, your love and memories will last forever. Joyce - Posted by: Joyce Peterson (Friend) on: Mar 04, 2015

I first met your mom/wife at the Lois club a few years ago. Then how she graciously allowed all the Loises on your boat when we had all the Loises in Gimli that day. It was a fun day. She was one nice classy lady. So sorry for your loss. - Posted by: Lois Yablonski (Friend) on: Mar 02, 2015
