Memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue. My mother, Marnie and Cec were great friends. When my mother started to fail, Cec was one of the few people who came to visit her in the nursing home. We appreciated his visits, his kindest, and his treats. Thank you also to Doreen and Horst, for their driving Cec to see Mom. Uncle Cecil was so fun and cool. He will be so very missed. My children remember playing balloons with Uncle Cecil when he visited PEI in 1996. Uncle Cecil and Aunt Margaret were such lovely and wonderful people, I am proud to call them family. My love and prayers to all who love and miss such a darling man.
