KEITH RENE LAVALLEE It is with deep regret that we announce the sudden passing of our son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend, Keith Rene Lavallee, on March 3, 2015, at the age of forty. Keith was born on October 21, 1974, in Arborg, MB. He spent his youth on the farm at Lillesve and attended school in Lundar. After graduation he attended the University of Winnipeg and University of Manitoba, graduating in 2002 with a degree in Pharmacy. He was predeceased by his father Louis and by his sister Myrna. He is survived by mother Evelyn and brothers Allan (Virginia), Brian, Warren (Karen) and Marcel as well as nephews Tyson (Nicole), Sophie and Jack, Rene (Tammy), Marc (Mandy), Laney and Nole, Curtis (Meaghan), Freya, Travis (Sam), Kyle (Ashley) and nieces Bailey and Callie, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. Keith was a devoted fan of the Bombers and Jets and held season tickets for both teams. He especially enjoyed the annual Labour Day Pilgrimage to Regina to face the enemy Roughriders. Keith touched many lives and the family would like to thank all the friends and family that have offered condolences and contributed food in this difficult time. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 9, 2015, at the Lundar Legion Hall with Pastor Bill Watson officiating. Service will conclude at the hall with a lunch to follow. All Keith's friends and cousins can consider themselves Honorary Pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, 200 - 310 Broadway Ave., Winnipeg, MB, R3C 0S6 or to the Winnipeg Jets True North Foundation, 345 Graham Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3C 5S6 if one so wishes. Condolences & Memories (15 entries)

  • I still can’t believe you missed all of the Avengers movies. I hope they have 8k in Heaven! Cheers bro! When I think of youth, I think of you...forever young at 40. Damn, the world missed a lot since you left it. - Posted by: Brian Romanjuk (Friend ) on: Jun 04, 2019

  • I am saddened to hear the news of Keith's passing. We had a lot of great times in high school! We would walk down the hall, I would be the announcer and he would be Macho Man Randy Savage (posing and flexing as we went)! Good times!! We will miss our "Macho Man"! - Posted by: Jason Hogue (Friend) on: Mar 16, 2015

  • It was a pleasure to work with Keith. He was very professional and at the same time fun loving. My husband & I were fortunate to have shared lunch with him one week before his passing. We are very glad to have known him and are very saddened for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. A wonderful person gone too soon. Sincerely and with great sympathy. • My staff and I were deeply shocked to hear of Keith's passing. Keith worked as a pharmacist in my Shoppers Drug Mart up until this past January. He was a great person and everyone enjoyed working with Keith. He will be missed. - Posted by: Todd Derendorf () on: Mar 09, 2015

  • Keith, you were one of the funniest and most wittiest persons I have ever met. Gone too soon. May God rest your soul and I know you'll be sharing the laughter you gave us with the ones up above. • Keith lived life to the fullest, never letting negativity get the best of him. Full of love for life, kindness, a good listener, and creative. Always a good time with him. He was a big wrestling fan and could remember the most funny and obscure details. With all the great memories of Keith the only regret is not having more. He was true a blessing for anyone that knew him. - Posted by: Hollywood (Friend-Neighbor) on: Mar 08, 2015

  • So many memories of our school days have been swirling around these last few days. Keith's impersonations, acting and humour will never be forgotten, may you rest in peace new cousin...... - Posted by: Trisha Chartrand (Classmate cousin) on: Mar 08, 2015

  • I first met Keith my first day of kindergarten and we were friends ever since. Keith was the best friend a guy could ever have for the last 36 years. Keith, life is too short to say goodbye so I'll just say see you soon. When I get there I'm sure you'll have the coffee on for us. We can debate the finer points of hockey and Star Wars like always or re-enact SCTV skits. - Posted by: Jamie Merrick (Friend) on: Mar 07, 2015

  • I will always remember Keith's Macho Man Randy Savage impersonation and performing with him in drama club. Martin will never forget trivia for shots, Martin lost bad!
